This project at Priory Avenue in Petts Wood, Kent, involved a carefully planned double-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension, along with external improvements such as a new resin-bound driveway, garden walls, and a patio.
The project was uniquely structured into two phases, ensuring that the build aligned with the client’s budget and family commitments while maintaining a high-quality finish.

This project was completed in 2 phases, the single storey side and rear extension was built first with the second phase consisting of a double storey side extension planned to be carried out at a later date. This was necessary to suit the clients budget and family commitments.
It was necessary to install structural steelwork that we could access after the first phase of the works to enable the second phase to be completed a year later. This meant careful planning to enable the 2 phases of work to be carried out in the most cost effective manner and causing no disruption to the works carried out a year earlier.
Due to the careful planning between us and the client a seamless transition was achieved between the 2 phases of the project. Disruption was kept to a minimum during the second phase of the works and the client was able to enjoy the extension we had built a year earlier uninterrupted whilst we completed phase 2.
