Access to side of the property was limited and needed careful planning to move materials effectively. Unforeseen structural issues with the existing foundations.
It was necessary to work closely with the structural engineer and Local authority Building inspector to ensure the structural integrity of the existing foundations was maintained.
Although the unforeseen structural issues caused a small delay to the project a satisfactory outcome was achieved and the client was pleased with the end result.
